- Multi-density insert
- Supports and protects the foot, reducing plantar pressure from both shock and shear
- The orthotic base layer is made from a full length Urethane material of a Shore A 35 durometer* with a Plastazote soft moldable top cover. Both materials may be direct formed to match the plantar surface of an individual’s foot when heated with heat source (i.e. heat gun or oven) of 230° Fahrenheit
- This product meets the code A5512 released by CMS for the Therapeutic Footwear Program
