- Top layer made from Alacantara helping to keep skin cool, dry and comfortable
- Heat moldable at approximately 250° F

- Multi-density insert
- Supports and protects the foot, reducing plantar pressure from both shock and shear
- The orthotic base layer is made from a full length EVA material of a Shore A 35 durometer* with a PPT® soft moldable top cover. Both materials may be direct formed to match the plantar surface of an individual’s foot when heated with a heat source (i.e. heat gun or oven) of 230° Fahrenheit
- This product meets the requirements for code A5512 released by CMS for the Therapeutic Footwear Program
