The TCO Classic is a rigid hydrostatic custom-made gauntlet style ankle foot orthosis for support and stabilization of the talocalcaneal, mid-tarsal, and subtalar joints. The TCO manages abnormal motion or severe pronation in the transverse, frontal, and sagittal planes. It also stabilizes the ankle area medially, laterally, and reduces either forefoot abduction or adduction.

• Charcot deformity
• Sinus tarsi syndrome
