The TCO Active is a dynamic hydrostatic custom-made ankle foot orthosis for support and stabilization of the talocalcaneal, mid-tarsal, and subtalar joints. The TCO Active, available with a Free Motion or Dorsi-Assist ankle joint, manages abnormal motion or severe pronation in the transverse and frontal planes. It also stabilizes the ankle area medially, laterally, and reduces either forefoot abduction or adduction.

• Mild Posterior tibial tendon dysfunction

• Lateral and medial instability of subtalar joint
• Sinus tarsi syndrome
• Drop foot
• Severe pronation
• Chronic ankle instability
